Peking, February 22, 1907. HIS Majesty's Consul at Têng-yueh, who is accompanying the Teng-yueh Railway reconnaissance party, reports, by a telegram dated the 15th February, that the party arrived at Yungchang on the 14th February, and that so far no insuperable obstacle to the construction of the railway had been encountered.
